RESERVATION
AND PAYMENT
"Epic Experience" EN Camps are not wicker-basket-in-the-wine-country rides.
Our attendees are typically Ironman competitors using the camp as an...epic
experience...and a boost to their fitness. We can accommodate a broad range of
abilities but simply email us
to begin the discussion about whether EN Camps is right for you!
We accept personal checks or credit card, including Visa, MasterCard and
American Express. You will receive complete payment instructions after your
EN Camps application has been accepted.
BALANCE
DUE Final payment is due 90 days prior to departure. If we have your credit
card on file and authorization from you, we will automatically bill your
credit card when the balance is due. If payments are not received by
this date, EN Camps reserves the right to cancel your reservation. Any
reservation made within 90 days from the trip start, requires full payment at
the time of booking.

We will switch trips for you within the same calendar year up to 60 days prior
to the start of your tour. EN Camps reviews every tour for quality and
safety. Trip itineraries are subject to change without notice due to road,
weather, or other conditions, as deemed necessary by EN Camps.
We do not recommend non-transferable, non-refundable airline tickets.
EN Camps does not assume responsibility for any loss incurred on account of
such tickets and highly recommend purchasing trip insurance to avoid a loss.
We reserve the right to decline to accept or to retain at any time any person
on a tour.
No refunds will be granted for late arrivals or early departures from a trip,
nor are there refunds for any services, including meals, not used while on
tour. EN Camps is not responsible for any cancellations, amendments, or
additional fees incurred by guests due to nature, war, strikes or inclement
weather. If we cancel a trip for any reason, we will transfer you to
another trip or if you choose, provide you with a full refund.
TOUR
DEPARTURE INFORMATION
Once your final payment has been received, we will send a care package
containing your EN Camps jersey, luggage tags and comprehensive Trip
Planner. This thorough planner includes your tour’s daily agendas,
regional highlights, trip specifics (including accommodations and activity
levels), travel information (everything you need to know before you go), trip
preparations (how to prepare before you go) and much more!
RESPONSIBILITY AND YOUR HEALTH
Our goal is providing an incredible active travel vacation. All
you have to do is show up! Our expectations are that you are reasonably
fit and healthy. By sending us your deposit and a completed Trip
Reservation Form, you are confirming that you do not have any physical
condition or disability that may impair you or others from participating in or
enjoying your tour.
EN Camps assumes you have read through and understand our
activity levels and have chosen a tour that suits your athletic
ability.
After we receive your full payment, EN Camps assumes and expects for you to
have read and understand all information sent to you in the Trip Planner,
including informing us of any medical or dietary restrictions and implementing
our training suggestions before departing for your tour. Our guests must
wear safety equipment associated with the day’s activities, (i.e. a helmet for
biking) EN Camps is not responsible for the actions of our contracted service
providers. However, we willmake necessary changes or adaptations if
such actions do not meet the high level of service we provide.
TRIP INSURANCE
We strongly recommend trip insurance. Trip insurance is figured on your
trip price and your age, and often falls well under $100 per person for a
week-long tour. Trip insurance offers unique coverage designed to
protect your travel investment from unexpected events such as illness or
injury, natural disasters, terrorism, bankruptcy of an airline, labor strikes,
lost baggage, emergency medical expense, or other circumstances which may
cause cancellation. Online travel insurance providers include: InsureMyTrip, TravelGuard, and TravelInsured.
TOUR ACTIVITY LEVEL
Each day cycling activities will range between 3-6 hours of riding, and that
will include frequent stops for nourishment and attractions.

PRO SERIES BRAND TOURS AND CAMPS:
|
Expect a broad range of terrain, married with rides of greater distances.
|
|
TOUR DE GEORGIA:
|
Some extreme climbs during the mountain stages are encountered. Two climbs
are 7 miles long, with portions of sustained grades at 15%. One 3-mile
climb has an excruciatingly difficult section that reaches 23% grade for
several hundred feet.
|
|
TOUR OF CALIFORNIA:
|
The grades on these climbs range between 3-5% and spike to 7%
occasionally. Rare encounters of 10% grade or greater are short and easily
ridden with proper gearing. Most climbs are between 1-4 miles long, and
one reaches 7 miles in length.
